so, i’ve been bad. again. but! it was fate.  i went shopping with my good friend, anna, last night. and we both wanted to pop into Nordstrom to try on the Toms wedges (she wanted the original, i wanted the sandal-like). i was sad when they didn’t have the sandal-like wedges on display. and was thisclose to purchasing a cute pair of flats. and anna decided to purchase a black pair of the sandal-like Toms because they had a few in her size in the back. but then… the salesgirl remembered: “oh! we have a pair of the multi-colored ones in the back in a 7.5. is that OK?” was that OK?! it was perfect! those were the exact pair i came to see! fate, i tell you! so, that’s the story of how i spent $70 i didn’t really need to and how i now own a pair of heels/wedges that are actually somewhat comfortable. i highly recommend them to anyone who has been contemplating them.
